How to reach CPRI (Bangalore) from the Airport/Railway station / Bus Station

Bangalore is connected by air, rail and road to most of the major cities. Now you can fly direct to Bangalore from several international airports as well.

CPRI is about 32kms from the airport, You will just have to come out of airport and hire a prepaid taxi or a city taxi or BMTC Bus.

Landmarks:

CPRI is located adjacent to Indian Institute of Science (Popularly known as Tata Institute) on C.V Raman Avenue (Road). Other landmarks near CPRI are M.S. Ramiah Hospital, Sadashivanagar Police Station, Raman Research Institute, IAF Training Command - Mekhri Circle.

Distance :

The city railway station is about 8 kms from CPRI campus. You will get the prepaid auto stand and hire a city taxi (costs about Rs 125), or a prepaid auto rickshaw (costs Rs 50). Majestic (8 kms from CPRI) is the central Bus stand (another name is Kempagowda bus stand) in Bangalore which is just opposite to the City Railway station. One can choose City taxi or Auto rickshaw for nearly the same cost.
